This
invaluable collection of photos was sent to me by David Mungai. He says it is “for
the acknowledgement of Kenyan History, the celebration of Kenyan History, and
the preservation of Kenyan History.”
I spent 16 wonderful bachelor days touring Kenya with this collection of beautiful ladies and an army of photographers. Have forgotten all the names, can't get a copy of the photo I took of one of the girls on a rhino in Tsavo ... what a trip!
Wonderful photos. Thanks so much. Fills out the Kenya’s history and reminds me of so much recognizing different people and reading their stories. I spent ten lovely years there form ‘61 and ‘71, and was fortunate to meet many of the wife’s of ministers in those days. I particularly remember Pamela Mboya and Margaret Kenyatta, daughter of the President.
