BEING a complete ignoramus with my hands, I admire all those who are creative in painting, at the pottery wheel, carving, and just any of the millions of arty things that people do. Over the years, my former classmate Roland Laval has been stunning many of us with his creative skills (or it could be the kid in him coming out relatively late in life, whatever, but thank G he did, because his handiwork is delightful).
